Important Information for PacificSource Lane County Members:
PacificSource will end their Medicaid contract in Lane County effective January 31, 2026. Your OHP benefits with PacificSource will be moving to Trillium Community Health starting February 1st, 2026. You will be getting a new OHP ID card in the mail from Trillium Community Health soon.
What this means:
- Your dental benefits are staying the same. You will not lose your dental coverage.
- You can continue going to your ODS dentist for all your dental needs.
- Your dentist may want a copy of your new OHP ID card after you get it. If your ID card does not say ODS Community Dental or Moda on it, please call Trillium at 877-600-5472 right away to have it changed.
- If you are American Indian or Alaska Native, please call the OHA at (800) 273-0557 and select Trillium as your CCO to keep seeing your ODS dentist.
ODS and PacificSurce will be mailing a letter to you explaining that your Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) will be changing.
