PacificSource Lane County CCO-2026 Update
PacificSource Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) has made the difficult decision to exit Lane County. They will continue to serve as a CCO in Central Oregon, Marion Polk, and Columbia Gorge.
Trillium Community Health Plan will continue serving members in Lane County. They have worked closely with OHA and Trillium Community Health Plan to develop a transition plan that protects continuity of care for members and provides clear guidance for providers.
PacificSource will continue to provide coverage through January 2026, with member transitions complete by February 1, 2026. They are actively partnering with Trillium to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for all affected members.
Considerations regarding this transition-
- Members will be automatically moved to Trillium and will continue receiving Oregon Health Plan (OHP) benefits.
- OHP benefits will remain the same. Members will not lose access to care.
- ODS and PacificSource sent letters to members and providers with information about this transition.
