Finding covered services in Benefit Tracker
Once you are logged in, go to “Documents” and then proceed to “OHP covered/non-covered services.” Select the “Covered and non-covered services” PDF.

To create a Benefit Tracker account, you will need to register for an account at Delta Dental website.When your registration at Delta Dental is complete, close your browser window, open a new browser window and return to this website to login to Benefit Tracker
