Become an ODS Community Dental provider
We are always welcoming more Oregon Health Plan (OHP) providers. Together, we can work to give Oregon’s Medicaid members great dental care.
As an OHP provider, you can:
- Limit and adjust the number of patients you accept into your practice
- Request that your name be withheld from the directory
