Interpreter request form

In an ongoing effort to streamline processes for our ODS providers, we have updated the method for submitting interpreter request forms. Please take note of this change.

Effective September 7, 2021 providers will submit interpreter requests directly to Passport to Languages. The “Request interpreter” form will now bypass the ODS team and will be routed directly to Passport to Languages. Passport to Languages will process the form, confirm member’s eligibility, and reply to your request with a schedule confirmation.

Interpreters are scheduled based on availability. Please submit your interpreter requests to Passport to Languages no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. Contact Passport to Languages at 503-297-2707 with questions.
